1 box yellow cake mix (or orange)
3/4 c. oil
1 (11-oz.) can mandarin oranges & juice
1 (20-oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 sm. box vanilla pudding mix (instant)
9 oz. Cool Whip
Mix cake mix, eggs, oil and mandarin oranges and juice; pour into 9 x 13 inch greased and floured pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Pour 3/4 cup juice from crushed pineapple over cake while still warm. Mix pineapple with pudding powder and Cool Whip. Spread over cake. Keep refrigerated.
