1 lb. round steak, cut 1/2-inch thick

2 T. salad oil

1 med. onion, sliced

1 med. green pepper, sliced

1 med. red pepper, sliced

1 env. Ehlers Au Jus gravy mix

3/4 c. water

4 tsp. soy sauce

1/2 tsp. ground ginger

3 c. cooked hot rice

Cut meat in half lengthwise with a sharp knife, then crosswise into thin slices. Cook meat, onion and pepper in skillet with hot oil until meat is browned. Stir in remaining ingredients, simmer fro 10 minutes. Serve over rice.
